The floor for a big “dog house” had to be restored. Therefore we had to carry along enormous amounts of sand, because we wanted to raise the floor to a much higher level. |

I’m ALWAYS personally on the spot when tiles are being laid, as I want to have them all laid in one direction. The Thais don’t care a pap for that! I couldn’t do other than putting a sign on one side of every tile: and then- as if by a miracle- |

That’s the way people work in Thailand. Barefoot and - of course- without gloves. My reminders, that this isn’t okay, do not bother anyone. What’s the use if I buy working boots and nobody wears them – or they can’t be retrieved anywhere? |

Finally the new relaxing area for the dogs is completed. |

Behind the wall is a drain for the waste water from the cleaning of the single boxes. |
As you could see we had a lot of tidying , modification and construction work to do. But even when this job isn’t always great fun, we’ve got to do it , nevertheless.
