SAM SONG (Female)

My name is Sam Song. I'm only 6 months old but have already gone through a lot. My 4 siblings and I never had it easy and have never experienced what it's like to be a puppy with no worries. Normally a puppy doesn't do much more than eat, poop, sleep and play. Unfortunately we were faced with worries and fear from the moment we could open our eyes. Our Mom was taken from us as soon as we could properly walk and the people in the area where we were born had already made a plan to get rid of us. We heard rumors about poisoning. Some really nice Swiss man brought us to the Dog and Cat Rescue Center and most probably saved my life. Two of my siblings were already so weak when we got to the shelter, they didn't survive. 3 of us were strong enough to fight and thanks to the care of the Dog Rescue People and the good food and necessary medication they gave us, we stayed healthy and eventually turned into strong and happy young teenagers. Two of my siblings were adopted. Of course I'm super happy for them but often ask myself why nobody wanted to give me a home. I have settled in well and have found a few really nice playmates at the puppy house. It's quite small in here for a big teenager dog like me but at least I have found peace and i feel totally safe in here. I guess I will be neutered sometime soon and once that's done the Dog Rescue people will integrate me and some others with the same age, into one of the bigger outside compounds at the shelter. I look forward to that day when I can run around in a big area and find out how fast i can actually run. I hope one of you out there will support my stay here by taking over my sponsorship.
