I was found close to a very expensive hotel. The manager had given the order to chase away all the dogs that were living around that place. I wouldn't let them chase me away; therefore, I was caught and brought to the DRCS. The expensive hotels do not like to have dogs around. If I wouldn't have been admitted to the DRCS the manager would have found other methods to “chase me away”. In Thailand you can buy very effective poison in almost every supermarket and the “dog problem” can be solved over the night.
