My name is Lina. I came to the shelter when I was still a very little puppy. I don't really like to talk about my past and what happened to me before I arrived at the Dog and Cat Rescue. It's a horrible story and no little puppy should have to go through such pain and dark times. But somehow I came out on the other side and I know it's important to deal with the past in order to go forward. I have dealt with it as good as I could and prefer to focus on the future now. All I want to say is that I was found outside the main gate at the Baan Taling Ngam shelter with several wounds on my body when I was not even 3 months old. I was then brought into the puppy house and properly cared for. That's where I learned how important trust is and that I can overcome every tragedy with just a little love and support. My wounds took a long time to heal in spite of the best possible care. One of the wounds got infected and I became very ill. I remember days when I would just lie in a corner all day long and wait for the light to go out. Thinking about playing with the others and enjoy a happy puppy life was far away from my reality. But I made it and I did recover eventually and life got better. I remember how nice it was when I finally had the strength to fool around with the other young dogs. Today I'm a very good looking and healthy teenager and have just been moved out of the puppy house and together with other teenagers integrated into a big outside compound where we can run around and grow up with joy and in peace.
^Sarah from Germany wants to look after me in the future. Thank you very much
